Psalms 107:5-8

They were hungry and thirsty;
Their spirits failed within them.
They cried out to the Lord in their trouble;
He rescued them from distress.
He led them by the right path to go to a city where they could live.
Let them give thanks to the LORD for his faithful love and his wonderful works for ALL HUMANITY.

Psalm 112:1

Happy is the man who fears the Lord, taking great delight in his commands.                                                        
                                                                 

1 Timothy 4:8-10

For the training of the body has a limited benefit, but godliness  is beneficial in every way, since it holds promise for the present life and also for the life to come.                                
This saying is trustworthy and deserves full acceptance.           
In fact we labor and strive for this, because we have put our hope in the living GOD, who is the savior of everyone, especially those who believe.
